Nomadica Project offers practical live production support for artists, performers and independent teams preparing for live events.

The focus is on clear communication, organised documentation and realistic planning — helping productions run more smoothly before show day.

AREAS COVERED

  • Support with preparing the essential production information needed for venues, promoters and technical teams.

    This may include technical riders, stage plots, input & channel lists, monitor preferences and general technical requirements.

  • Support with coordinating communication between artists, venues, promoters and technical teams ahead of live events.

    This may include scheduling access, soundcheck and set times, confirming technical requirements, merch and venue logistics, and pre-event checks and production follow-ups.

    The aim is to identify missing information early, reduce last-minute issues and help everyone stay aligned before the event.

    Please note: this service currently focuses on pre-production support and does not include on-site event management.

  • Both services can also be combined into a complete pre-production support package.
